Shaw Information Systems is changing the standard desktop unit from a single-chip processor to a dual-chip processor. The new technology from Intel is faster and uses less energy to operate. With 2,500 new replacement computers planned for roll-out, we anticipate a reduction of an additional 262,500 KWhrs. Over the next three years, that adds up to a total savings of 787,500 Kwhrs!
