INITIATIVE | 019 Shaw recognizes Diversity in the workplace as a business imperative. Based on the ever changing demographics of the places we live and operate, the change in consumer spending trends, the aging workforce, and the continuing issues surrounding labor shortage, Shaw has instituted Diversity as a goal of our corporate Human Resources Division.
To make Diversity a reality at Shaw, programs in education, training and awareness are in the process of being implemented and delivered all over the company. Specific resources and positions within the company focus on this very issue every day.
